We recommend descaling the washer every 2-4 weeks. If you live in an area with hard water, you should perform this more frequently. Our Descaler Tablets are formulated for use with Bebello Washer.

One thing that can happen after a big descaling, is fragments of limescale break off and get stuck in 3 key locations, blocking the water jets and impacting performance. We recommend the following solution: 

1) Remove the micro-spinner in the centre of the washer cavity with a firm upwards pull 

2) Remove the lower tray by opening the clips with your thumbnails, and pulling upwards with your fingers 

3) Remove the main rotating arm on the bottom 

Shake any limescale deposits out of the three removed parts and flush out with water.  

If you have a screwdriver, you can try removing the metal grate too, scrubbing any limescale off the heater plate with an old toothbrush. 

The HEPA filter is removable by opening the cover door on the bottom of your washer. 

If you can see a buildup of dust on the filter, we would recommend replacing it. We wouldn't expect to see this happen within the first year, unless you live in a busy city centre. 

We will make spares available later in the year to purchase, but for now you can request a replacement from us if you need one.
