What are your shipping options?
Free next-day delivery is included on Bebello Washer. Order before 4pm for same-day dispatch, with tracking provided. Orders after 4pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
How does the buyback scheme work?
Our buyback scheme is available for every Bebello Washer purchase and is valid for three years from the date of purchase.

Do I have to use Bebello Detergent with the washer?
For the best results, we recommend using our Bebello Detergent Tablets as they are specially designed for optimal cleaning performance. However, you can also use regular dishwasher detergent with a reduced dose. Details are included in the manual.
Can I use regular washing up liquid in Bebello Washer?
No – washing up liquid such as Fairy creates excessive amounts of foam that prevent the water jets from functioning properly. Once you’ve tried it, you won’t do it again! 😊
